“After a career in country singing, I moved to the mountains to get away from the city life. I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 14 years old, and have owned restaurants since 2004 with my first one being the Canyon’s Edge. I love the social aspect of running restaurants, and pride myself on delivering quality, and a great experience every time a guest walks through the door. Away from work, I am a husband, a father of two, a mountain enthusiast, hockey lover and avid golfer.”
Executive Chef: Dominic Chabot
Dominic was born in St-Leonard, Quebec. He started working in restaurants at the age of 15, and continued to do that ever since. He has worked at Wild Bill’s Saloon in Banff, Eagles Eye, and Peaks grill to name a few. Dominic has 28 years of kitchen experience, and has developed many different styles of cooking such as French, French Canadian, Italian, Canadian, Cajun and International. His biggest role models are Martin Picard, Ricardo Larrivee, Anthony Bourdain and Guy Fieri.
